Description

This ELISA kit applies the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate has been pre-coated with Human IL-17 antibody (solid phase antigen), standards or samples are added to the microtiter plate wells, then add anti- Human IL-17 HRP labeled antibody. Wells are thoroughly washed to remove all unbound components. And a sandwich complex of solid antigen-antibody enzyme-labeled secondary antibodies is formed on the solid surface of the microplate. Next, Substrate solution A and substrate solution B are added to each well, and it will produce blue materials under HRP catalysis. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid and the color change to yellow. Measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm, the absorbance (OD value) is positively correlated with the concentration of Human IL-17 in the sample. The concentration of IL-17 in the samples could be determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
