Description

This ELISA kit is intended for Laboratory Research use only and is not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. This ELISA kit applies the indirect technique. The microtiter plate has been pre-coated with Pseudorabies virus GB antigen (solid phase antigen), negative control, positive control, and samples are added to the microtiter plate wells. Wells are thoroughly washed to remove all unbound components. then add Mouse secondary HRP-labeled antibodies, Wells are thoroughly washed to remove all unbound components, and a sandwich complex of solid antigen-antibody enzyme-labeled secondary antibodies is formed on the solid surface of the microplate. Next, Substrate solution A and substrate solution B are added to each well, and it will produce blue materials under HRP catalysis. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid and the color change to yellow. Measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm, the absorbance (OD value) is positively correlated with the concentration of the PRV-GB Ab in the sample. Determine positive or negative according to the threshold.
