This kit is used for the development and production of a double antibody sandwich ELISA kit with the Biotin avidin system. The specific antibody (solid phase antibody) was coated with a blank microplate and blocked, add samples and standards, add Biotin -labeled detect antibodies, then add HRP labeled streptavidin. Wells are thoroughly washed to remove all unbound components, and a sandwich complex of solid antibody-antigen- Biotinylated detection antibody- HRP labeled SA is formed on the solid surface of the microplate. Next, Substrate solution A and substrate solution B are added to each well, and it will produce blue materials under HRP catalysis. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid and the color change to yellow. Measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm, the absorbance (OD value) is positively correlated with the concentration of the sample.
