This kit is used for the development and production of a double antibody sandwich ELISA kit. The specific antibody (solid phase antibody) was coated with a blank microplate and blocked, add samples and standards, and then add HRP-labeled specific antibodies. Wells are thoroughly washed to remove all unbound components, and a sandwich complex of solid antibody-antigen-HRP-labeled antibodies is formed on the solid surface of the microplate. Next, Substrate solution A and substrate solution B are added to each well, and it will produce blue materials under HRP catalysis. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid and the color change to yellow. Measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm, the absorbance (OD value) is positively correlated with the concentration of the sample.
